Juliet Daye

It’s possible to create organisations where people achieve more than they imagined possible and make a positive contribution to society - this is Juliet’s driving force, her ‘why’.

Training as an Occupational Psychologist developed her fascination with leadership and human performance. She understands how we learn and change at work, how the unpredictable and complex nature of the world today is making new demands of us.

Juliet has led talent, learning and inclusion departments in retail, leisure, and financial services, specialising in leadership and culture development. As a consultant she has worked with organisations across the FTSE 100, including M&S, HMV, Unilever, PWC, Nationwide, and published research into trust and collaboration in the NHS with the University of Bath.

Sammy Burt

Sammy is a systems coach and consultant with a mission: to reshape how we understand leadership, culture, and what it means to thrive at work.

Known for her ability to cut through complexity, challenge unhelpful norms, and spark meaningful change, Sammy brings over a decade of hands-on experience across every sector and stage of organisational life.

From post-merger integration to scale-up sprints, founder handovers to employee buyouts, restructures to renewals - Sammy has supported organisations through it all. Her work spans everything from 100% remote fintechs and single site national charities to sprawling, multi-national, multi-disciplinary manufacturers. That rich variety, paired with a deep curiosity about the real, gritty inner workings of each organisation, gives her a broad and detailed pool of experience to draw from.

Sammy’s approach is as practical as it is transformational. She helps teams and leaders unlock performance, strengthen relationships, and build cultures rooted in joy and purpose. Her work is grounded in evidence, shaped by systems thinking, and infused with a human touch that makes it stick.

Outside of her consulting practice, Sammy is a passionate advocate for social impact. She currently chairs the board of Off The Record BaNES, a youth mental health and wellbeing charity, and has served as a trustee for Unseen and the Modern Slavery Helpline UK since 2018.

A gifted communicator, Sammy is known for making complex ideas accessible and engaging. She is currently writing a book, "What’s a Grown Up Anyway?" - based on four years of research exploring how status-based ideas of adulthood fuel imposter syndrome and self-criticism. The book offers a refreshing, qualities-based reframe of modern grown up'edness: something to practice, not to perform.

Sammy is always keen for an open conversation about what's really going on for you or your organisation, so get in touch.
