Leading the people function in an organisation can be both rewarding and isolating. As a CPO, you navigate the tension between business priorities and employee needs, often justifying decisions more than your peers in other functions. Many senior HR leaders tell us they feel alone, without a dedicated space to reflect, learn, and share insights with others who truly understand their challenges.

CPO Dialogues is designed to change that. Over five months in 2025, a small group of People leaders will come together in a confidential and supportive environment to explore complex challenges, exchange perspectives, and consciously choose how to act and move forward.

This is a quote from a Global CPO that reads "I just don’t get to hear how others are approaching the massive issues we’re facing. There was no book for Covid, there is no book for Hybrid - and there’s no book for now or what’s next."

Why People Leaders join CPO Dialogues.

“There was no book for COVID, no book for hybrid work, and no book for now and what’s next. I’m learning as I go.” – Global CPO

CPO Dialogues is a space where you don’t have to figure it all out alone. Through meaningful discussions and reflective learning, you’ll gain valuable insights from peers who face the same high-stakes decisions. This is not just another webinar or networking event - it’s a dedicated forum for deep, meaningful conversations.

What to expect

Facilitated by Juliet Daye and Sammy Burt, experts in system coaching, leadership development, and organisational change, these sessions will challenge and support you in equal measure. Having hosted many such groups, Juliet and Sammy create an environment where leaders can be open, explore new ways of thinking, and leave with greater clarity and confidence.

Each session will:

  • Address real-world, high-impact challenges facing People leaders today.

  • Use diverse methods to stretch perspectives and deepen insights.

  • Offer a confidential, trusted space to share and learn from others.

Practical details

  • Start Date: TBC 2025

  • Format: Monthly virtual sessions (April, May, June, July, and September)

  • Duration: Five 90-minute sessions
