This summer made something abundantly clear. Climate change isn't a future challenge we're preparing for, it's a here-and-now one we're already living through. And summers like this one are only going to become more frequent, part of what is becoming continuous change rather than a single event we adjust to and move past.

People often tell us they value the space to just talk about what they are experiencing in their work, and we love it too. It’s fascinating to ponder on. We do it often. We also challenge each other a lot on how we might consider a situation or challenge differently. It deepens our understanding and our learning. So we have decided to embark on a little experiment.
