Teams come in many forms: horizontal (across grades), vertical (departments), project-based, geographical, fluid, or overlapping. The skill that matters most is teaming - collaborating effectively across any boundary.

We always work on Us in connection with Me (the people in the team) and Work (the objectives they’re trying to achieve).
